  • what was the valid point? I'm actually not really sure why he decided to leave detroit in the first place. Although I'm happy, being a Ranger fan, that he wants to play in NY.

  • He said that he felt he was more associated with the past than the present, plus the wings are on the decline anyway. He didnt say the declining part though. Thats just my opinion.

  • they're on the same team now. lol

  • yea i am pissed that shanny left even though he had a valid point in leaving

  • The greatest part Shanny just ran up to Hall after he scored a goal.

  • i bet tom renney is the one beating the shit out of glen sather now for acquiring adam hall. he is as effect as a stuffed animal on the ice.

  • shannaham...is my main man!!

  • Shanny needs to kick Hall's ass again to reintroduce him to his balls. Hall's gone soft, this whole Rangers team is soft.

  • Yeah. I agree I think Yzerman retiring is what finally made him decide to get out. Pretty sure he waited til after he retired to make his final decision. Can't say i blame him but we sure did miss in detroit. We have 0 enforcers now , I think Markov is hte only one we have willing to drop the gloves and that doesnt happen too often.

  • haha i cant believe thats them, being on the same team and all now. why doesnt shanahan fight like this lately? lol.

  • hahaha, Shanahan kicked his ass. I'm gonna miss Shanny, he was our only fighter/scorer, even tho he really had no reason of leaving. But hey.. Bootland's a fighter too but he's always in the minors. Maybe with the releasing of good players, he'll have his time to shine.
