It's all up to how you train it from a young age. Mine has no problems being home, though he can bark if someone is on the property or the door bell rings. And cats is not welcome here either =P
It's a terrier, so the dog is a bit stubborn, but the wheaten is known as one of the kindest terrier breeds.

mine loves the snow just like this!good vid. about rubbing their facs in stuff...mine usually rubs her face in stinky stuff, like dead fish,animals, and poop....how come?
