This ad, which will be aired on television stations in the Caribbean starting in May 2007, conveys the vital role that Caribbean countries, including Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, play in the plight of the world’s whales. The governments of these countries have voted with Japan, in the International Whaling Commission, to overturn the global ban on commercial whaling. If Japan gets its way, the world's whale populations will face their greatest danger in decades.

  • @rpgking1989 I know you never got pass high school because of your lack of knowledge on biology or geography. Japanese people live in a small island, thus they eat seafood. The country you live in probably eat cow and chicken, is that ok? You are a hypocrite, so stfu. I am a vegetarian and I love all animals. You can’t say I am immoral person, so suck on that.

  • Green Peace is nothing more than a terrorist org.

  • japan, Chinese,Korean..are monster. they eat dolphins cats dog and other animals...

  • LOL the ppls that comment on this vid are like omfg this is so horriable yet they go eat a steak or chicken or someother meat.

  • Yes we need meat. Well that is a debate for another topic because some will argue that you do not need meat to survive. The point is, though, that killing whales for their meat is unecessary. To want to eat them when there is an ubandance of food for us to eat (which half of it gets destroyed because there is far too much of it to all get bought out) comes down to plain greed. Needless slaughter, that's all it is.
