I've had several people ask me how to count calories so I made this video to explain the way I personally count calories. There are several links that I mention so I've attached them below! Also, the last part of this video has quick low calorie food suggestions. If you need more ideas or even recipes you can PM me! Hope this helps.

  • ok hold on i used both calorie king and calorie count and they give me different numbers i get 1858 and 1530 to lose 2 pounds per week. which shoukld i follow?

  • Your phone tips was awesome! I have a blackberry and a couple months ago downloaded a free program called Calorie Counter by Fat Secret. It helps me with the running total and also has a ton of pre-loaded exercizes to help track calories added by exercize. I had a week where I was ill and just couldn't get even close to the cals I should have. I'm proud to report in just 3 weeks....my only exercize being my job I've lost 5.3 pounds...pretty healthy! Thanks for your input!

  • How do I use the livestrong thing it tells me my goal is 1858 so that does mean i naturally burn that plus 500 and should use that number or should i subtract 500 from it and that is my goal?
