http://www.richstoner.com This kettlebell circuit can be used as part of a leg workout or on it's own as a finisher. I do overhead kb lungewalks for a certain distance (about 15m) and then do 10 kb swings with the hand that I had the kb overhead in. I then do the exact same thing the opposite way with the opposite hand. It is a great leg workout that involves a lot of core training and conditioning.
