The poor judgement on the hotel clerk could have cost the babies life. His CCW should have been taken away for being so stupid! The blast from the Glock 40 S&W alone probably damaged the baby eardrums! Stupid move!

if the mom hadnt moved, i guarantee that baby would have been shot in the head.
incredibly poor judgement on the part of the clerk. i can understand shooting at first, but once the burglar starts running away, you let them run. you dont put a child in harms way.
in fact, he should have just let the robber take the money, since there was a child involved in the first place.
