well of course maualuga will have a better career. ohio state linebackers suck in the pro's. lets see, katzenmoyer was disgraceful at best. aj hawk (who was better then laurinitis in college) is average at best w/ green bay. laurinitis isnt that great. and to say he's never out of position is misleading. he's never out of position against bad teams. he's often out of position against the good ones. just watch the last play against texas.
