Eclipse album of Journey is the best album ever have been produced as a ROCK band for 23years since Infinity album (1978) Rolie's marked era and last appearance of the best drummer Aysnley Dunbar in Journey. "Eclipse" (sometimes stylized as "ECL1P53") is the name of the forthcoming fourteenth studio album (sixteenth overall) by American rock band Journey, and their second with Filipino lead singer Arnel Pineda.[1] Penned by Neal Schon, Arnel Pineda and Jonathan Cain. It has been scheduled for release in the United States on May 24, 2011 exclusively at Wal-Mart, and in the United Kingdom on May 27, 2011. Human Feel is the brand new single to be released digitally in South America on April 4, 2011.

What makes a legacy is if something or some group is there for a long time. Revelations was a hit because they had the Greatest hits. They can't do that for the second time. They need something new. New ones can't be a legacy yet. Wait another 30 years, then this new ones will be a part of their legacy.

You know, i love the songs and the new record, and be both know Lady Gaga, justin Bieber, etc. Pop Rnb are the trends now, without the die hard journey fans who stick to "legacy" sound of Journey, it would be huge damage to them I believe.

There is an 80% fall on the sales of Eclipse, as to compare with Revelation, that's what I'm talking about.

@myangelshane Why do you expect it would be the same as the old. This is the 2011s. There are new fans waiting. As songwritiers, it would be an insult to their name if they made a song similar to their old music.They did claim that Arnel doesn't sound like Perry. Only some stubborns fans insisted Arnel sound like Perry. Arnel just know how to carry a tune like Perry.
