Grand Theft Auto IV - Manhunt Achievement

GamePlay of GTA4. Most Wanted Missions.
"Manhunt" Achievement.

To get the Achievement you have to complete The Most Wanted Missions on all 3 islands, so you need to kill 30 most wanted man: 10 in BROKER, 10 in ALGONQUIN and 10 in ALDERNEY.

To start missions find police car and use computer (press L1 on PS3, LB on X360).

How can you access the server? I play the ballad og gay tony and its just saying "server blocked" or something, its on the first option, i think its "Most recent crimes", please help me out

You can play Most Wanted Missions only in GTA4 game, on DLC it's not working.

@DENZEL976 I think the best way u can do is start new game (and do not use cheats anymore).

I did it and didn't get the achievement either . . .

I have not used cheats at all and this didn't pop.... And I'm not going to create a new save, because I still need the completion progress. Any other suggestions on how to fix it?
