I guess the airport hasn't changed since the independence in 1960.

Lava from a nearby volcano blocked half of the runway a few years ago. I think it's still there.

This brought back on memories from 1994 and 95 when I flew in and out of Goma many times. Interesting to see "no changes".

Well I come from Germany and I was landing in Goma INTL. in Flight Simulator X it is a very nice airport!
