A female Oil Beetle (Meloe proscarabaeus) scurries through a meadow and later searches for a suitable spot to lay her eggs. The larvae of this species hitch a ride on passing bees until they reach the nest where they feed on the bee larvae. Video by Dom Greves (www.domgreves.com)
