That clip is from 1x11, "Detox." House is detoxing from Vicodin and smashes his hand to block the pain of withdrawal. Wilson bandages his hand.

Thanks again! I love House and Wilson's friendship too. It's my favorite part of the show and this song seemed to fit them well. :)

Makes me so happy to see JoCo's sense of humor paired with Hugh Laurie in House mode. Marriage made in heaven. JoCo should get a stint singing in the lobby. Seeing this fantastic song get used so well for a show with such great characters and actors...I don't watch "real" music videos anymore, because Youtube always turns out better ones!
