Tiffany Trenda's environment process is usually to take technology (Digitals, video recording projectors, digital cameras, etc.) and make up a digital environment with the embodied overall performance that simulates the human being psyche. Her effort is a study of how you are identified and redefined over the integration of know-how. Tiffany Trenda amalgamates Liquid crystal display screens and her body making her personality exchangeable. Looking back, the viewer associates the screen being human. Tiffany Trenda queries the length of time can this decrease of the skin be replaced until it seems to lose all human interaction. In Tiffany Trenda's work the viewer is bodily and visually immersed in what sort of mind and body evolves to associate and survive while using machine. Tiffany Trenda states we aren't just managing issues of machine-implemented bodies but our individual and human connection is by a screen. This will alter how you see others and ourselves while using assemblage of the latest technology. This disconnection is because our wish for an overall state of pure sensual-ism. Tiffany Trenda and other artists in the performance art style and design art is part convention displaying 16 performers whose practices up until now are actually rooted largely in a choice of design|multimedia work of art or craft. Just for this exhibition, the performers and designers be employed in four distinctive collaborative groups which may have emerged coming from a student-led workshop at UCLA. This exploratory program with Tiffany Trenda principal purpose is to take into consideration the varying approaches and techniques attendant to every one field, and specifically investigate the moments of commonality that will or will not be offered by various sorts of institutional delineations. As being a culmination on this inquiry, each group will show not simply an artwork, but something that underlines the effect of differing modes of collaborative art making. Less a concise statement compared to a broad investigation, this exhibition presents works that double as readable records of assorted collaborative techniques, which amongst other things momentarily highlight, obliterate, generate and/or combine distinct individual practices into one form.Live performance at Los Angeles County Museum of Art on October 30, 2010.
