It's just a video for really freak people. If you compare this video with the same scene at the film (which you can see in a lot of videos here in YouTube), at the moment in which the Energy Doors open, the cam changes and the Darth Maul spinning is suppressed, so more than a Deleted Scene is an Alternate Cam Angle for a scene (maybe the making of a video with both scenes at the same time could show that better, but liked more as it is). As simple as that ;)

In short, he made it look like Darth Maul spinned his lightsaber in the beginning. In the movie, he actually didn't.
