How do you keep you kelly so balance ?

I got the old Kelly STD professional . . they have a thin neck so they dont nosedive like the newer ones do. . but its not in production anymore

I would stay away from guitars that nosedive. . its really annoying, and your hand gets tired of holding it up after a few minutes. or you need a strap that clings to your shirt so it makes some resistance, but if you let go of the neck it pulls your shirt up and its annoying as hell. it must be a design flaw or something. i'd try one out before I buy and try getting something with a lighweight neck like the Ibanez wizard neck. that thing is awesome

@fettskraag Yeah ibanez are good guitars tho. And they come in really cheap aswell for starters. Got my starter kit for bout 210 euro or something including a small amp , and a tuner so was pretty nice.

@fettskraag That's not the REAL old Kelly...the real "Old Kelly" is the Jackson Kelly KE1 Marty Friedman Signature...well, technically, the oldEST Kelly would probably the 1958 Gibson Explorer, but technically-speaking, the original KE1 that Marty Friedman used was only routed for 1 pickup; a Humbucker in the neck position & it didn't have a Floyd Rose, I think it had a Kahler instead...I'm not sure of any farther details of the kahler, I just recall seeing pictures of it...
