Driver passing school bus with flashing red lights

As you can see the school bus stops, puts it's red flashers on and displays the stop sign. As children are preparing to exit the bus and cross the street, a driver passes the school bus, without any regard for the safety of the children. After, there are in fact two little girls who needed to cross the street. This could have resulted in a major tragedy if those children had began crossing just MOMENTS earlier.

The bus driver is not suppose to stop 1/2 way around the corner like that. The oncoming car could not see the stop sign and the flashing red lights would have been partially obscurred. The fault of this incident belongs to the school bus driver.

Bus drivers should not go in the middle of the street to let schoolchildren alight the bus.

Bad decision on the bus drivers behalf. What was he thinking letting kids off when he's parked in the middle of a cross walk. Should give the video to the bus company and local law enforcement agency.

Where was this video filmed i would like to see it sent to Murphy bus service so the driver can be retrained on how to drive a school bus

Out of 63 violations that i have handed in and tickets written 0 have been overturned 9 of which where written to people how said they were not driving the vehicle at the time.... so once again please check the facts before you tell someone they are wrong

@chipmunk783 The court refuse to enforce those provisions. You need to read court cases as just because code is passed do not mean it get enforced the way it was written. Nice try either way. The only people would know this technicality are lawyer in the state :)

@chipmunk783 WRONG. Register owner is not responsible for the action of the driver. You can't make someone responsible for someone else moving violation. It do not work the same way it works with parking ticket being it's not moving violation.. Simple excuse it wasn't me driving will get the ticket tossed. So nice try but you are wrong.
