WHAT IS A SALESMAN?

Some people have been asking the question like - Am I a salesman. I would like to answer this question because a true salesman is simply someone who is able to solve problems and communicate solutions to others. He might even be able to be a bridge between others who do not understand each other . A good salesman is hard to find these days and so if you find one it is probably a good idea to take care of them. There are many types of salesmen in all sorts of fields from commodity sales, to technical, banking, forex, entertainment sales, door to door sales, medical sales and the list goes on. The best salesmen are the ones who do their background research and get enough knowledge and experience so they eventually know what they are talking about . Techniques for sales are simply tools used to communicate something in a certain way. It is not the techniques that are important as much as the ability of the sales personnel to offer and actually solve corporate or individual problems effectively
