they look ridiculously perfect on the grill, i've never seen home made patty like those...
i've tried to make them but they break down... :( cant hole them together
should i try to buy those tools to make round and perfect pattys ?
why dont you mention any of the burgers you put in the patty mixture, thats all i wanna know!

@JimmyTheKiller You can use the ground meat of your choice for this recipe. Just remember, leaner meats typically makes for a drier burger.

@television472tv Overmixing will cause the fat to break down and can result in a dryer tougher burger patty that can fall apart during grilling.
