I just began doing this as suggested by my personal fitness trainer. I lift the weight from the floor to above my head all in one motion, no stops in between. The clamps were in use or else I would have used them, and as I did more sets, I found some clamps not in use and used them.
I was such a noob back then. I started off good with the clean, but the lunges were sloppy. Thanks!
