For all the "growth" that the valley has sustained why is it the poorest metro area in the COUNTRY!!! why is the(hands down)The most uneducated area in the country!?!? Why is It considered one of the most corrupt IN THE COUNTRY!?!? These are not matters of opinion .... Muy friend, i agree with you, but check this out: in the US side, EVERYONE behaves (because of the fear of getting pulled by the transit authority) but once they return to the MExico side, all i can say is, FUCK, they all drive like fucking animals
