@bl Those who belong to Jesus are hated by this world. Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets. Luke 6:26. The word says concerning Christ that, He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Isaiah 53:3 True conviction requires a change of heart and a molding of the mind that allows right actions to flow from the heart.

@blue Those who are truly led by the Spirit seek after salvation and truth, not soulish intent, earthly desires, or fleshly indulgences. Many chose to seek after their own spirit which is carnal and earthy in nature, for they have no true faith, for they have rejected God’s righteousness, His word, His redemption and in doing so have rejected Christ himself. We who are called are not to follow these false prophets who have been proven apostate due to their acceptance of these ungodly teaching.

@ True prophets speak with true conviction; unlike those who have rejected sound doctrine and by doing so have rejected Christ. Those who consider themselves to be messengers of God are commanded to preach the word but many by their heresies reject His teaching and by doing so deny Him. Jesus like many of the prophets of old condemned sin, and spoke of eternal damnation that awaits all unbelievers, He spoke truth regarding the need for acceptance of Him and His Word without compromise or denial.

@blue A true prophet of God is one who is given the gift to preach repentance to humanity and to warn of God's wrath for disobedience. The message once received is a revelation and the delivery of the message is prophecy. A true prophet testifies of Jesus Christ as the Son of God that He died for our sins they preach of condemnation, judgment, sin, and of eternal torment that awaits the unbeliever. True Prophets of God preach of repentance, warn of God’s wrath and at times deliver revelation.

@Rylucero Just so you know, condemnation is tearing down. The devil condemns. God convicts. Conviction is where you know you are wrong but know that God is the one who will love you even in your mess. condemnation turns people from the church where conviction draws people to Christ. TD Jakes never claimed to be a prophet. We all can prophesy when moved by the spirit. Life and death is in the tongue. Please be mindful because Satan will use how you feel to contradict the word. Study Jesus...

@bealle You misspeak, to understand who the other sheep are you must look at the context of the verse and examine the whole passage. From Bible passages we are taught that sheep are symbols of true believers who follow Christ. His sheep hear His voice and follow Him. True sheep are those who listen to the voice of the Shepherd, and know Him. He was speaking at that time of the true sheep of Israel. He then refers to other sheep, who are the Gentiles, who once they hear the Word, will follow Him.
Prophets correct wrong thinking and speak the judgment when the correction isn't done in those who were given direction. Don't assume that because someone says something you feel isn't right its something else. Jesus is on the Judgment seat and we are not to judge. Prophets also teach and give understanding by rightly dividing the word. the bible says we only know in part. So when you take only what you are given but don't look for the whole thing you can be left to your flesh... be mindful.

@bluekittysk8er True prophets of God will seek God’s will without compromise, they will have no desire to conform to the expectations of people, nor will they seek worldly admiration or respect, but will be hated by this world. They will speak of wickedness and deceit and warn those who are perishing of this evil. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own, but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. John 15:19
