Buffalo State College: Students from SUNY China 150 Program

As part of the SUNY China 150 Program, Buffalo State hosted 17 Chinese undergraduate students from the Sichuan Province of western China, the site of the massive May 12 earthquake. The students came from diverse Chinese ethnic groups; the majority from 40 counties around Wenchuan, the center of the quake. At the April 28 College Council meeting, three Sichuan students discussed their academic experiences at Buffalo State.
