Liposuction is the number one cosmetic procedure performed in the U.S.A. for both men and women. For men it's "love handles," women it's "saddlebags" and the "tummy pooch." Both would love their neck and chins touched up! For the past 25 years dermatologic surgeons have been pioneers in the advancement of micro-cannular tumescent liposuction, otherwise known as liposuction under local anesthesia. Accepted as a much gentler, safer, and refined technique, microcannular liposuction has become a standard of care amongst minimally-invasive cosmetic surgeons.

Finally there are advanced technologies called VASER® Liposelection and SmartLipoTM that dissolve fat cells upon contact with ultrasonic or laser energy delivered through a small sterile probe, advancing the tumescent microcannular technique to the next generation of precision and ease for both the patient and surgeon. With only local anesthetic and mild sedation, the fat is melted then gently massaged and suctioned out with tiny cannulas. No more visions of the jabbing, jarring and bruising of patients associated with traditional liposuction. A Friday procedure will have you back to work and play by Monday. For now, Dr. Frank's use and preference between the technologies is the VASER® procedure. SmartLipoTM laser lipolysis at this time is only appropriate for very small pockets of fat.

  • @blkinese Now some of my guy friends are jealous and a few have asked me for my doctor's name and phone number. They are thinking about doing it. They have asked me to show them my abs several occasions. I have pictures of my before that I have taken and then I lift my shirt up. The responses have been "WOW!". LOL!!!!! It makes me feel good and the best money spent. A psychiatrist couldn't fix. honestly. it has lifted my self-esteem by 10000%.

  • @blkinese I purchased a really nice tight wrap on Amazon called Squeem for men and it is amazing.. better than the wrap that the doctor gives you and you can wear all the time without people noticing under a t-shirt.

  • @blkinese I look GREAT!!!!!! I stare at my abs everyday in the morning since the procedure with amazement. My only regret is that I wish I would have done it sooner. I still wore the wrap 24 hours for the first 6 weeks and recently within the past 2 weeks, I have reduce it to 10 hours a day and do wear it at night.

  • @tomchicago How are u now and how do u look? I am interested in possibly getting the procedure done in a few weeks.

  • I read comments on here and everybody and there mother seems to be the best advice. Having gone through this, I want to share something with everyone. Plastic surgery/lipo is a personal choice and that is one thing great about living in America. We can make choices and make ourself feel better. We have have body image problems when we look in the mirror, there are things about ourselves that we do not like. Let the man have his lipo and feel good about himself regarless if it is inside/out.

  • It looks like the same procedure I went through yesterday, however I had my face covered because I did not want to see him poking and pulling my skin. I had upper & lower abs, love handles. I am 5-8, weight 163lbs so I am not fat but had a "Tire" around my abs and have been conscience about it. Glad to have seen this video where he is talking to the customer post-op follow ups. I will shower for the first time in a few hours and wearing compression wrap. Had to take the pads off multi-times

  • My god i think that's painful..

  • There is a Big difference in the before and after shots. Plus he still had swelling from the procedure. It looks totally natural too. Very skilled doctor here.

  • @rayfur4 agree

  • Wow not much difference I couldnt tell much difference
