  • Rick, i am really wanting to start a taxidermy business. i am artistic and i love hunting and was wondering if you had any tips for me

  • man i wanna be a taxidermist!!!

  • @ohmygodyoutub3 i hunt but only for fresh meat instead if the nasty store bought stuff. :P but yeah i think taxidermy is an art aswell. some of the animals die of natural causes aswell.

  • @NYmosVids shoulder and hoof gun rack possible but 1st thing 1st a taxidermist wont take a whole deer but would love it cape out first so bring it to a meat specialist. About the coat i had seen so far a vest that was made but a coat you would have to tag a deer again cause that just the one deer can make a coat you wont have enough for three project with it so just look around in you city for taxidermist or will say send it to a tanning shop it goes like this sholder and hoof or coat a hoof

  • @mountainman1103 I would say maybe try to find an cheaper school yet if you have the money i say go for it , i mean , taxidermy been more and more used by artist and even made into clothing , im sure you can have an decent bussiness if you truly put effort on it :)

  • hey every one. i have a question about taxidermy. if i bring the deer to the taxidermist can they do the following for me. shoulder mount, deer hoof gun rack. and can they do anything with the coat for me? thanks for your time.

  • The amount of care and detail is superb. C:
