BUT actually this has nothing to do with Putin at all. plants started closing actually during Yeltsin's rule.
i myself hate Putin but what i'm hating more is when one man is accused of entirely evreything, like noone else is in charge, for example we ourselves

Киров действительно еще то жопито - скажите спасибо кировскому губернатору, аккурат прикарманивающему гос. средства, предназначенные для развития региона. И не надо, ув. юный автор этого видео, приравнивать Киров к другим российским провинциальным городишкам - таким как, например, Сургут, Белгород или Курск...
