I and some of the other drivers at the Domino's on Shurling Dr. in Macon, GA had to be overly careful draining the dish sinks. If you drained a whole sink(not all three) at once you would over flow the grease trap in the store.
We had complained repeatedly to our immediate management, Kenna Parks, General Manager, and this was passed up to Patrick Grieshop, District Manager, and Chip Wallace, Owner of the store under the name Major League Pizza.
Because the grease trap was not being maintained properly, and no paper work shown to the MWA(Macon Water Authority) they eventually threatened to come out and pull the water meter to the store. They finally after almost 3 years had the grease trap pumped out, but it was still clogged up and not working properly.
So we had the problem of having raw sewage back flow into the store on to the floors under the oven and make line(where the pizzas were made) The clean up for the most part was just to take a wet mop(no disinfectant) and push it back into the grease trap. This would happen on average of 1-2 times a week at the store, and to my knowledge is still happening.
For this and the moldy bread story goto: rasp1.org
was it coming out of the floor drains?
