England defender Gary Cahill ruled out of Euro 2012 with double jaw break

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has been ruled out of Euro 2012 with a double jaw fracture.

The former Bolton centre half was replaced by Joleon Lescott after being shoved into 'keeper Joe Hart by Belgium forward Dries Mertens during England's 1-0 win at Wembley on Saturday.

With Rio Ferdinand absent for ''footballing reasons'', Martin Kelly has been called up to the squad for Poland and Ukraine, after Manchester City's Micah Richards previously refused to take his place on a standby list for the tournament.

Well yeah, If it would be the other way around England would say: "hey, that's soccer, if you cant handle it, don't play it." Now you're calling bad names at Mertens. It's actually a bit pathetic.
