Thank You. Through your breathing (Pranayama) and core strengthening. I have decreased my ADHD medicine down to almost nil. I am quite proud of myself and very grateful to your teachings. I have noticed a dramatic difference when i do Pranayama and Yoga verses without. After many years of a painful hip and diagnosed with ADHD. I feel i am finally finding the answers to this journey.
