  • My brother came to visit me for 3 weeks. We went to Wal-Mart to buy him food, he bought burgers, chips, mayo, ketchup, pickles, Ice Cream, white buns. I was drooling all the way back home. You talked about food combination yesterday; well he ate all of it in one meal.

    Not sure how I will survive for 3 weeks. I usually dont crave for this food, but if it will be in my fridge for 3 weeks, good bye raw food :-(

  • Just concentrate on how great you feel when you eat healthy!!! Junk food leads to bad skin, sadness, and big bum!!!! Is it really worth it?!!! Love the radiant glow!!!

  • i want to lose 15 lbs and have been drinking 2 green smoothies a day and try to eat sensibly throughout. im worried about calorie content in my smoothies though. my smoothies consist mainly of spinach and bananas. should i be counting calories? im confused please help! love your vids:)
