In this video we catch up to Garnett Farms shelling corn on the Kennedy Farm near Pembroke, KY. A new 2010 John Deere 9870STS arrives at the field fresh from the factory. We see the new combine run its first ears of corn through the Bullet Rotor. Enjoy this video featuring four John Deere 9870STS combines with 612C corn heads and three John Deere 9330 4wds on Kinze 1050 grain carts as they clear out a 132 acre field of corn.

  • How do your semis keep up with that type of operation? I would think three grain carts would bury your drivers.

  • @AbercrombieER This farm has 20 semi trucks and a 2 million plus bushel grain bin system. They have very little down time waiting to move grain from the combines in the field to the farm.

  • I will post some in cab videos from the 2010 harvest soon.

  • Awesome video, I am kinda curious how come you don't have any video of riding in the cab. Did none of the operators offer a ride along?
