( http://heritage-key.com/blogs/sean-williams/treasures-king-tuts-tomb-animal-g... ) Dr Janice Kamrin explains the importance of animal iconography in Ancient Egypt, and in particular, the artefacts that were discovered in the Tomb of King Tutankhamun (KV62). Walking around the Egyptian Museum, Cairo, Dr Kamrin shows the three beds found in King Tut's tomb, which all adorn symbols of animal gods, and explains how they were significant in Ancient Egyptian beliefs.

I thought the book of the dead was a 'fab' thing they made for sale to everybody...as a sort of 'you've just got to have this - or else' kind of a deal was it not? What do you know. My family decends from King Ramases who became Ramseys here in America.
