Madonna is a total marketing genius, these mini exclusive gigs t promote her album Music were genius, they caused London to come to a standstill and drew A listers like Kylie, Britney, Kevin Spacey, Gwyneth Paltrow and Elton John.... Kylie actually used the same marketing ploy to promote her Body Language album 2 years later with fan only exclusive gigs. Madonna lead and others follow!

I think she could here since the crowd included so many fellow celebrities and friends. One would have to control the crowd a bit for security reasons.
On another note, Maddy could have made a classier SEX book sequal in this epoch, with her post-natal curves and all, that would have been AMAZING.
