You're full of shit. Neither Andre nor Jerry Blackwell could've been your great-granda. You're 19 years old--which means your great-grandpa must've lived around the turn of the 1900's. (Whereas Andre lived 1946-1993 & Blackwell lived 1949-1995.)
Next thing we know, you'd say a former president was your relative, too!

I happened to have met Andre once at the hotel he and the wrestlers were staying when they came to town for a wrestling event at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. I stood next to him in the Lobby: so, taking into account that I am 5-foot-8, it's quite easy to calculate the difference he towered over me, side-by-side.
I guarantee you he was 7-Foot, give or take an inch either way.
As to his weight, that was questionable

I use to see Andre and Blackwell face each other at the Cow Palace in San Francisco all the time. Those were some great memories.

who knows i mean look at kane an the undertaker kane is cleerly a little bit taller by maybe a few inchis they are bothe waering boots when they are in the ring when guys get to 40 to 45 years of age there spine bens forword theres no geting around it an yet u look them up it says kane is 6foot8 an taker still 6foot10

7foot4 or 5 by about 1985 he was hunching over as was his head an he was 550 lbs wich made him about 7foot he was hunching even more by 88 if he is 6foot11 here this must be like 1974

Jerry Blackwell made a great opponent for Andre. Blackwell giving Andre the backbody drop @ 2:20 was amazing. I have never seen Andre take that move before.
