Look guys I see where you are coming from, but Chile cannot afford not to build these dams. The nation has to develop. The minimum wage is only $360 per month, there are millions of families desperately struggling to survive. They are more important than a small area of wilderness, one that will adapt to the new lakes and possibly will gain from it. At $80 bucks a week please understand these Chileans can't wait a second longer. We need to develop, and fast!!!!!
