At least the NH cops were willing to leave the smoking protestors alone. Down here in NJ the state troopers would be rounding them up into a paddy wagon within 30 seconds of the first light-up.

Voters in Washington, California, and Oregon are just learning that they did not receive the same type of freedom as those in Denver because Denver was actually smart enough to get its laws put in the state constitution whereas the other states just put it in their statutes. Until Washington, California, and Oregon get the laws in their state constitution, then they will continue to get only half way freedom.
