People fail to understand that the real estate game is one of the fastest ways to get rich ! There are people who sell million dollar homes & condos and make high six figure commissions monthly. Imagine receiving a check for $500k and getting one for $300k the next month etc. While the working man works for less than $4k a month

Bankruptcy really helps the soul, to introspect and becaome less egotisitical, if you are an asshole i would strongly recommend blowing all your money and becoming bankrupt, dont worry a large serving of humble pie will keep you grounded
