Wayne Musa Barboza/Why We Are So Dumb/ Public Schools

My recent incounters with the issue of R.I. Public School ( Which produced %70 of it's students reading at or below 4th grade level. The suprentendent newly hired , Tom Brady is being supported by Media,and being feed into our leadership as a good man for the job, when infact he himself has hit bottom, and has failed at all his past employment oppertunities,in larger more populated city's likw D.C. and Phillie. going from a couple of hundred schools to 52, major cities to asmall city district ????? He is here to decieve our leaders and it would be easy , if this information is not sent around. do the right thing send this to your P.T.A. and teachers and concerned parents. let them se How We got this way............
