thanks, i'll keep that in mind when i do my exhaust.
i had a guy in my town give me a 1982 datsun 280zx for free! the only thing wrong with it is a exhaust manifold leek! it's in the shop as we speek. this z is in great condition other than a little rust around the gas cap. "nice score"

I have a 1982 280zx With magnaflow exhoust. I bought the Best and bigest One for like $180 and man that thing is LOUDE!!!!

You can check out some of my Z clips. I have done my exhaust now. Sounds pretty good, but I am not finished with it.

That's a Flowmaster 40 Series, probably a Super 44 on a 2.5 exhaust. If it isn't, you should've gotten one, my Z sounds just about exactly like that

Nope, its wasnt. It was cheaper and flowed better without a large, heavy canister type muffler like flowmaster. Plus the exhaust was not in the original location so space was an issue. Flows sound good, but just not my choice for the L28 Do you have a clip of yours? Id love to hear your setup!! The datsun L series motors are like music to my ears.

Or any muffler for that matter?
Sounds good, and I would like to see the whole back of the car too. Looks similar to what I am planning with my 260Z. Thanks.

Yes, it has a cat and muffler. But i plan on keeping the specifics under wraps. Not tryin to be rude. Best of luck to you and your Z.
