I noticed these two spawning so I recorded it.It's something other fish keepers might find interesting. I stripped this female 12 days later and put the fry in a tumbler. Also added a few seconds of the fry that were spit in the tank.

Yeah,just 5.One time that female had 24.She must accidentally swallow or lose some during one of their "feeding frenzies"

I knew that they´re mouthbrooders, though I never heard of males brooding..

Watch from 0:28, the female lays an egg witch the male takes up in his mouth... Strange? Or is it their usual manner??
