Please keep up the good work, and I'm looking forward to more of your posts :) oh and I'm sure you get this a lot, but you are a very beautiful woman, and no I'm not trying to hit on you ha ha , anywho I love your hair, how do you style it, I've never known how to really style my hair quite as nice... and with the whole body transformation...Awesome job, you look great!

No problem. I was just explaining in the other post that it´s better to take Whey Protein after Workouts and after getting up. We´re definitely on the same page. What do you think about Stevia? I´ve been using it for quite some time now. I love many things real sweet and Stevia is an all natural sweetener without any chemicals. It doesn´t raise your insulin levels and doesn´t cause cavaties. Throw some Stevia in that shake of yours. You can alos bake with it.

so if its the muscle is it possible to simply work the muscle... ive never trusted anything that has to deal with money.. if i work out the area that needs muscle ..like doing squats ..will it improve at least a bit thanks and please get back to me.

Absolutely! You're totally right about exercising BUT....be sure to eat higher protien to help that muscle stay firm/tone. It's hard for most people to eat enough protien (1gram per body lb). Getting SOME of protien in a shake is just a quick way of making sure I get enough. I just don't have time/desire to grill 6 chicken breast a day. Best of luck!

Casein digest much slower and this is important because you want to feed your body with protein over a long time period (sleep). Casein is very anti-catabolic which means it stops muscle breakdown. If you choose Protein powders, get a powder with no flavor/sugar/arftifical sugar additives. Drunking something like that might be good for the muscles, but overall bad for you health. Get unflavored natural Protein powder, throw in some fruits and Stevia and your are good to go.

Very interesting/good points! Thanks for the tips... this is how we learn! But I also think that most women in America will benefit GREATLY from increasing lean protein intake of any kind Casein or not. Most women are eating those "100 calorie" cookie packs, and some fruit, wondering why their cellulite won't go away.

Hey ATHENA,
How many grams of protein would you say you should be eating then? I try to get in at least 130 grams. Any other suggestions that might be cheaper than whey protein??

I get in .5 or 1 gram of protein per body lb. So you sound like your doing all the right things with 130:)
Every meal I eat has 1 protein serving, with a veggie or fruit, sometimes oats or grains.
I like the whey because it lasts so long. That huge jug only costs about $25 and has 30 servings. You can't really beat that. And try shopping at the cheap, local markets for stuff like eggs and cottage cheese..that saves me tons of cash
