My dear new friend Lisa.
When you made this video you were talking about a earlier version of WP
I followed your simple easy to undersand directions but I get the following message
"This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down." this leads me to believe there are new instructions for the new WP version or Im missing something. HELP

Thanks for the info on host gator too. Im a musician with my website hosted by another company and because they are associated with music they are charging $20.00 a month and for what I am using on their site I can pay only 4.95 a month. Why not just install it on a dev part of your server so you don't have to install IIS or Apache and MySQL in Windows?

Because I didn't know how to set this up, being the non technical person that I am. :) This was the first option I found that seemed easy to setup.
