I would hope that North and South Korea could unify one day, i mean what a party that would be right, But i think that as long as Kim jong il is still alive i don't think there will be unification and even when he does die i just feel someone else will just continue were he left off. Of-course i hope that I'm wrong and that they unify soon.

but I live in seoul and it's just mindblowing that north korea is a few hours' driving distance north of my mediocre livelihood in this city
of course i could never drive there obviously. yet i imagine the contrast of North Korea that is so close to where i live and yet so far away

If N korea launches any kind of missile at the missle will most likely fail but if N korea pushes the us in to war the us will most likely roll all over N korea like you said its like a child Being Naughty and the us is like the tearher that puts them straight. I would be wonderfull if all of korea is unified.

No friends, no support, no money, but they have nukes. So you put a dog in a corner with a nuke on it's back with a nuke that is activated when he barks, what would it do? heh. That may not be accurate, but it's N.Korea.

I think they are just desperately looking for more U.N. handouts. Money that will be "used to feed the people", but will just line the pockets of the elite in Pyongyang and the generals....while the regular people continue to starve.....or suffer in concentration camps!
It's a sorry and sad place!

I've got to get back to vlogging. I intended to make a vid saying essentially the same thing. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that doesn't care. Now that the swine flu fad has faded, the Japanese need something new to be scared of.

I've really come to notice that! There always has to be something ripping up the news to make everyone here scared...and for some reason...everyone gets scared!
