Your moves are good, But u need to relax,& breath into the nose & out the mouth that will help u have sharp,krisp strong moves,It helps to listen to a mid speed song that u like so you can sing,Make it fun, u will master it faster(if u can smile).....Hank 4**** no smiles

United Karated Studios teaches Tae Kwon Do....was not aware of them teaching Kung Fu. Are you a Ben Kiker UKS student?

@daltonsbadboy Yes, I am a Ben Kiker (UKS) student. We do teach Kung-Fu.
This form for us is considered an intermediate form. Although in Kung-Fu it would only be a white belt/sash form.
