The lunar photographs were exposed for the brightly lit daylight surface. A daylight exposure on Earth at night would not show stars either because they would be badly underexposed. Similarly, the astronauts did not see stars in the lunar daylight skies because their eyes were adjusted for the brightly lit scenes around them.

Do some research since you have so many questions. Its not that hard to google.

Why go back and do the same thing again? It's extremely dangerous and expensive! Everything we learned, the Soviets now know. The only possibly compelling reason to return to the moon would be for long-duration missions to mine Helium 3 or do astronomy. Long-duration on the moon is exponentially more difficult, dangerous and expensive. Have you read about the economy recently? And there is no Cold War to drive anyone's nationalism.

The original footage was only seen in Australia live and everyone else saw delayed edited footage! Hoax, we still couldn't get there if we wanted too, why do you think we don't have a space program anymore? Maybe we will one day, years from now when we may have an actual chance!
