Dude thats bull shit. The rules are. You can throw ANYWAY you want. As long as the ball is connected to your neck, and of course you stay in the ring. If you can throw that way best for you, then do it! For many years we didin't even know of the spin till it got popular in the 70's by randy. We only new of the glide. I'm not trying to be rude, but couldn't you just teach her the glide? She'll get plenty of momentum, a good amount of power, and learn the basics pretty quickly. It also allows someone the ability to improve, which seems much more difficult to do with this tecnique.
