  • And it is tasteless and odourless so can be put with almost anything you like. Hope that helped explain a bit.

  • Basically they are just showing how kanten (yes agar) can be added in to all kinds of things like rice and hot drinks to help weight loss.

    Kanten in a type of jelly exracted from seawed with zero calorie and high fibre content. It also expands x3 when prepared with the water. So, it makes you feel full or so they say.

    just add agar-agar jelly into rice when you cook it to achieve a slim waist. I think it's because it is a high-fibre food... aids in digestion blahblah.
