  • the reason why so many people are there watching is that this glacier does this every year - it has nothing to do with global warming - this glacier advances so much that it blocks off an entire bay, then when it weakens, the higher bay waters force themselves through a weak point, causing this dramatic display every year!

  • Honestly people this is a natural process called calving. Can't you see that the glacier has crossed a river and that the river eroded it until it collapsed? Fuck the people that say this is global warming. This is not global warming, OK? Rather than lamenting about a totaly different subject, enjoy the show of natures power and beauty.

  • this totally reminds me of the never ending story, when the nothing comes :l

  • 2:18 Shortcut to the big collapse!

Thumbs up so it stays for people to use!

  • why are the people cheering?

  • @GWnut1954 I love Earth :)

  • @thechickkapub This is the Perito Moreno glacier. No breaks due to global warming. It breaks because it is the normal behavior of this glacier IN PARTICULAR. The glacier advanced to the waters of Lago Argentino. As a result of pressure from the water breaks that way. That's good, is a good sign, because it means you madeenough cold that year. Enough to the glacier advance.

  • Why do people cheer and applause when the glacier is collapsing ?

This is a bad sign of global warming, isn't it ?

  • That person waving the cap in the fore ground at the end is FLARING ....

Ice collapse Rodeo ..... Yeeeeee HA!

  • @Qwertey16 there is mold on o.o
