@EP1997 That is the South Point Hotel and Casino. The lights are sort of a golden color. It is located south of Las Vegas along Interstate 15. In this video, the Strip is out of sight to the right. To the left, that is how you get to Los Angeles and the California/Nevada state line.

Good quality! But next time, try to get a seat on the Right side and (most of the time) as the plane takes off to the west, you'll get a great view of the strip and casinos.

See the attached video. It was taken at a different angle, the flight was much closer to the Las Vegas strip and it is earlier in the night, so the skies has still some sun light.
