buy a book from barnes and noble about growing, good advice in there. the tin foil reflects some light, but more heat than light, since tin foil is used for cooking things. if you paint the sides of the room flat white, you will get better light reflection. or using mylar is better still. sorry, not meaning to be bossy, its only what i have read. with those particular lights though, heat wouldnt ever be a problem though. good video.

@cockfight420 this is true. use an hid/mh/hps and youve got a problem. you can touch a floro with your bare hand, touch a mh/hps and you get BURNED.

@pastern95 OK idiot. Those plants are a few weeks old, I've had Black Domina that looked like that at that age.
What fucking crystal ball are you looking through that tells you how potent that plant is gonna. Fucking troll, keep on trolling.

sorry dude but you're plants do not look good at all. real droopy, looks overwatered. and yeah like the top comment said 2" is too close for your lights, i keep mine at LEAST 6 - 12" away. the farther the lights are the more it'll stretch which equals taller plants. but don't put the lights too high or you'll get a stick looking plant
