Occasionally you will see my eyes wonder towards my feet, hands or myself in the mirror... this, of course, is something natural to practice but should performed with your intention out (in front you) and within (the breath and rotation). The form I am performing is the Old Frame of Chen Style (Laojia) First Routine (Yilu) of Grandmaster Hong Junsheng's Practical Method.
